Anonymous Call Rejection: allows you to reject calls from persons who have activated a blocking option to prevent the display of their name and phone number.

 

To activate: lift receiver, listen for a dial tone, press *77. All blocked calls will hear recording instructing callers how to complete their call.

To deactivate: lift receiver, listen for dial tone, press *87.

   
 

Call Forwarding: allows for incoming calls to be forwarded to any telephone. (Additional charges may apply if calls are being transferred to a toll of long distance number). [*]

 

To activate: lift receiver, listen for dial tone, press *72. When you hear dial tone again, dial the number where the calls should be sent. When the call is answered the feature has been activated.

To deactivate: lift receiver, listen for dial tone, press *73.

   
 

Caller ID: allows you to see who’s calling before you answer. Additionally, the caller’s name and number will appear on the display screen after the first ring. Caller ID equipment required.

   
 

Call Return (*69): returns the last call you received. If the line is busy, Call Return will keep dialing for 30 minutes. [*]

 

To activate: lift receiver, listen for dial tone, press *69. Some customers will hear the number and will be given the option to press “1” to have it dialed; others will have the call go through automatically.

To deactivate: lift receiver, listen for dial tone, press *89.

   
 

Call Waiting: allows you to receive calls while on the phone. A tone notifies you of an incoming call.

 

To activate: a tone will inform you of an incoming call. Press “Flash” or the switch hook to accept call. Press same button to return to the first caller.

To deactivate: lift receiver, listen for dial tone, press *70. This feature will automatically reactivate after hanging up.

   
 

Call Waiting ID: allows you to view who’s calling while you are on the phone. Feature available only with Caller ID and Call Waiting. While on the phone, the caller’s name and number will appear on the display screen after first tone. Caller ID equipment required.

   
 

Distinctive Ringing: allows you to assign a distinctive ring to 12 different telephone numbers. Not available in all areas or on some calls.

 

To activate: lift receiver, listen for dial tone, press *61. Dial 3 and listen for instructions to add or review list.

To deactivate: lift receiver, listen for dial tone, press *61. Dial 3 and listen for instructions to save or edit list.

   
 

Repeat Dialing (*66): dials the last number called if the first attempt had a busy signal. Dials the number for 30 minutes.

 

To activate: lift receiver, listen for dial tone, press *66 and listen to instructions. If the phone number your dialing becomes free in the next 30 minutes, your phone will ring and your call will be placed automatically.

To deactivate: lift receiver, listen for dial tone, press *86.

   
 

Selective Call Rejection: allows you to reject up to 12 numbers. Not available in all areas or on some calls.

 

To activate: lift receiver, listen for dial tone, press *60. Dial 3 and listen to instructions to add number to list.

To deactivate: lift receiver, listen for dial tone, press *60. Dial 3 and listen for instructions to remove number from list.

   
 

Speed Calling 8: allows you to program up to 8 frequently dialed numbers by programming them on the phone.

 

To program: lift receiver, listen for dial tone, press *74. Listen for dial tone and enter a code from 2 to 9 followed by the telephone number you want to save. (Enter the numbers as you normally dial). Repeat steps for other telephone numbers.

To dial: lift receiver, listen for dial tone, press code, plus #.

   
 

Three Way Calling: allows for a third party to be added to a telephone conversation.

 

To add a Third Party: press and release the switch hook (or flash or recall button). All three parties will be on the same line.
