How to speak to customer service?

If you would like to speak to a customer service representative please call 1-877-771-7736. Our customer service hours are: Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. & Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Where and how can I pay my bills?

You can call us at 1-877-771-7736 and pay with your debit card or credit card. You can also pay in person at any of our stores or Payment Locations or by mail.

What services do you offer?

Telscape has traditional and pre paid plans created to meet your needs and manage your costs.

Can I make a partial payment or do I have to pay my entire bill?

We accept partial payments, as long as the total amount of your bill is paid by the due date. If you need to make any other payment arrangements call 1-877-771-7736 and select the Credit and Collections department for assistance.

What if I get charged for calls that I did not make?

Telscape bills are transparent and easy to read. If you find an error call us at 1-877-771-7736 and we will assist you.

What type of home phone service do you offer?

Our calling bundles include an extended calling area (local and zone calling), 8¢ toll and nationwide long distance and some of the lowest international calling rates like 3¢ to Mexico and 10¢ to Latin America. Click here to see our calling plans.

Are there any fees to make changes to my existing service?

Although we absorb most of these costs, some changes may result in charges to your account. Our representatives will let you know if you will incur any charges.

What type of mobile service do you offer?

Telscape has post paid and pay in advance plans created to meet your needs and manage your costs. Click for more details.

What type of high-speed Internet service is offered?

Broadband service, which allows you to be on the phone while surfing the Internet at high speed. Click here for more details.

Where can I obtain Telscape service?

Where are the Telscape stores located?

How long does it take to get Telscape service?

Call us and we will let you know when you can be connected to our network.

Can I get voicemail with Telscape?

Yes. We offer voicemail service in most areas for only $2.50.

Can I choose the long distance company of my choice?

Our plans are bundled with free nationwide and international long distance access and in some cases with free minutes, so you won’t need to select another company for your long distance service.
